Kuai had always liked the colour blue. The colour of the sky, the ocean, of deep frozen ice. It was a calming colour, a colour he wore with pride.

But, there was another colour he’d started to become fond of lately.

He’d never really thought about yellow until recently. He seemed to be noticing it everywhere now though. So many different flowers, different species of birds, fruits and honey. It was such a common colour he wondered if maybe he’d just taken it for granted before now.

Before Hanzo.

Kuai smiled at the yellow headband in his hand, before securing it to his hand guard.

Blue was his favourite colour, but yellow was now a close second.
